Final artwork/sample approval required before production. No changes after approval.
6. Payments
Advance required. LC accepted for large orders.
7. Production Timelines
May vary based on raw material and order size.
8. Shipping
Risk transfers per agreed Incoterms. Shipping delays not under our control.
9. Claims
Must be reported within 7 days of delivery with evidence.
10. Returns
Only accepted for validated issues. Custom products non-returnable.
11. Liability
Limited to invoice value. No consequential damages.
12. Intellectual Property
Logos, text, images cannot be reused without permission.
13. Privacy
We do not sell customer data. Used only for business purposes.
14. Governing Law
Governed by laws of India, courts in Udaipur.
